Celebrating 250 Years of American Independence

On 4 July 1776, the Declaration of Independence announced the separation of the thirteen American colonies from Great Britain. In 2026, the United States marks 250 years since that historic declaration.

This commemorative collection has been created for that anniversary year, exploring American history through three distinct subjects.

The Freedom Liberty Eagle represents the ideals and symbols of independence. The Washington Eagle reflects the foundation of the United States, while the Lincoln Eagle represents the preservation and evolution of the nation.

Together, the three designs create a distinctive precious-metal collection commemorating one of the most significant anniversaries in American history.

Limited to 5,000 of Each Gold Coin Worldwide

Each of the three gold designs has a maximum worldwide mintage of only 5,000 coins.

This means no more than 5,000 Freedom Liberty Eagle, 5,000 Washington Eagle and 5,000 Lincoln Eagle 0.25oz gold coins will be issued.

For collectors seeking the complete gold collection, the restricted mintage adds another dimension to the coins beyond their precious-metal content and historical subject matter. Once the available mintage of an individual design has been sold, no further coins of that issue will be produced.

0.25oz of 999.9 Fine Gold

Each coin is struck from 0.25 troy ounces of 999.9 fine gold, providing a total of 0.75 troy ounces of fine gold for collectors purchasing all three gold coins.

Their quarter-ounce format provides a more accessible way to own commemorative fine gold than larger one-ounce coins, while the shared specifications create consistency across the complete collection.
