Lunar III Mouse Silver Coin

This is a brand new bullion finish silver coin. Bulk orders will be packed in cardboard in multiples of 10. Individual coins are in plastic capsules.
The Perth Mint Lunar Mouse is the latest in the Lunar calendar series of animals, representing 2020. The 1 Kilo silver coin is produced to 999.9 purity silver.
Celebrating the Chinese calendar of twelve animals, the Perth Mint are looking to appeal to the ever-growing Chinese demand for precious metals, especially for collectible silver coins.
The coin features a face value of 30 Australian Dollars. The series isn’t to be confused with the Royal Mint Lunar series which follows a similar ilk.

Lunar Mouse design

The coin reverse displays the image of two frolicking mice nibbling corn straight from the cob. Writing confirms the ‘MOUSE 2020’ and a Perth mintmark ‘P’.
To maintain consistency throughout the series, the Perth Mint have kept the fourth portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank Broadley on the obverse of all the coin sin the series. ‘ELIZABETH II AUSTRALIA’ adorns the upper edging of the obverse, while the bottom confirms the metal, purity, weight, year and face value.
